We cover the full Auckland metropolitan area including North Shore, Waitematā, Henderson, Manukau, and Papakura. If you're just outside our zone, get in touch and we'll do our best.

As a guide: Studio or room = 20 crates; 1 bedroom = 30; 2 bedrooms = 40; 3 bedrooms = 55; 4 bedrooms = 75. If you're unsure, call us and we'll help you pick the right package.

Minor wear is covered. For significant damage there's a flat $15 fee per crate. We assess everything at pickup and let you know straightaway — no surprise charges.

Usually yes — when you add up buying, taping, and dumping 40 boxes, our packages come in similar or lower. Plus you save hours and create zero waste.
